Unvaulted is a business-to-business wholesale distributor. This website provides information for registered retail businesses and manufacturers. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell to consumers, and no consumer sales are made through it.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep product, availability and market information accurate, but public pages may describe plans, focus markets and capabilities that are under development. Wholesale terms, pricing and availability are confirmed only within approved partner accounts and written agreements.
Accounts and applications
Submitting a retail account application does not create a contract or guarantee account approval. Accounts are opened at our discretion following review, and wholesale terms are agreed separately with each partner.
Intellectual property
The Unvaulted name, marks, site design and content are our property. Manufacturer and brand names mentioned anywhere on the site belong to their respective owners.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
