ABOUT UNVAULTED
Independent hobby stores create communities. Communities create players. Players create the demand that keeps manufacturers making. None of it works if the product never reaches the shelf.
Walk into a good local game store on a Friday night and you see what this industry actually is: a dozen people around folding tables, a kid learning her first card game, a regular teaching someone to prime a miniature. Stores like that are where every hobby brand's future customers come from.
Yet in much of Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, those stores are an afterthought for distribution — served late, allocated last, or not served at all. The manufacturers want to reach them. The stores want the product. Somebody has to stand in between and do the work properly.
That somebody is Unvaulted: a distributor that treats the small store in Osijek or Plovdiv with the same seriousness as a chain buyer — because the rules say so, in writing.
WHAT WE ARE
A distribution company
We buy from manufacturers, hold stock, and sell to registered retailers. The fundamentals, done properly: availability, pricing, delivery.
A software company
Catalogue, allocations, orders and fulfilment run in a system we build ourselves. Retailers get live information instead of a phone call and a shrug.
A logistics operation
Consolidated freight, customs and VAT inside the EU single market, tracked delivery to the shop door.
People from the hobby
We come from the retail and playing side of this industry. We know what a release week feels like behind a counter.
We publish our rules because we intend to be kept to them.
The Pillars of Conduct govern how we allocate scarce product, how we price, how early we communicate, and how any retail interest of our own is kept out of the queue. They are the most important page on this site.
