When you apply for a retail account or contact us, we collect the business and contact details you provide: company names and identifiers, addresses, names of contact persons, email addresses and phone numbers. We collect nothing beyond what the forms ask for.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review applications, set up and administer wholesale accounts, fulfil orders, and respond to messages. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual steps and our legitimate interest in running a B2B distribution business.
Who sees it
Your information is visible to the Unvaulted team members who handle account review, sales and fulfilment. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (for example, freight carriers for deliveries).
How long we keep it
Application and account records are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, plus the retention periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
