FOR RETAILERS

No pitch deck. These are the questions we hear from independent store owners across the region — answered plainly.

Q01

Can I actually get the products my customers ask for?

That is the whole point of the company. We distribute trading cards, miniatures, paints, tabletop games, accessories and collectibles across Central and Eastern Europe — the categories independent stores live on. When supply is short, allocation follows published criteria, not whoever shouts loudest.

Q02

Which brands do you carry?

The catalogue spans the six categories above, from the biggest names in trading cards to specialist miniature and paint lines. We don't publish the brand list publicly — approved retail partners see the live catalogue, with wholesale pricing, in the portal.

Q03

When do I get product? Can I plan releases?

Preorder waves come with realistic dates and confirmed quantities as early as we reasonably can. If a manufacturer slips, you hear it from us before your customers hear it from the internet. Stores need time to plan; that's a written commitment, not a slogan.

Q04

What does it cost?

Standard wholesale pricing by price list, visible in the portal once your account is approved. And a hard rule: wholesale prices don't rise because the secondary market spikes. Scarcity is not a pricing strategy.

Q05

Will I get a fair quantity when product is scarce?

Allocations use understandable, consistent criteria — order history, sell-through, organized play — published with each allocation run. No secret favouritism, and no starving smaller stores to feed big ones.

Q06

Can I place a large order quickly?

Yes. The portal is built for fast restocks: search, cart, order, done. For genuinely large or unusual orders, talk to us first — a short conversation beats a cancelled order.

Q07

Is there a real person I can reach?

Yes. You get a named contact who knows your account. Email and phone, answered by someone who can actually change something.

Q08

Do small stores actually matter here?

They're the reason the company exists. Local hobby stores and community builders are where players come from. Large accounts don't erase good small stores — that's Pillar V, in writing.

Q09

Does Unvaulted's own retail compete with me?

If Unvaulted or an affiliate ever runs retail, it never gets preferential allocation at your expense. The queue-jumping rule is Pillar II — also in writing.
